Acceptance of Terms

By using AVSpot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of Service

AVSpot is a personal plane-spotting logbook that lets you log aircraft sightings, track spotting sessions, and build a personal collection of aircraft, airlines, and types you've seen.

Your Account

You sign in with a Google or Apple account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be able to legally enter into these terms to use AVSpot.

Your Content

You own the sightings, notes, and photos you log. By adding a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant AVSpot permission to store and display it back to you within the app.

Acceptable Use

Don't use AVSpot to log false information intended to mislead other spotters, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-Party Data

Aircraft identification data may come from a third-party public aviation registry. AVSpot doesn't guarantee the accuracy of that data.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This is permanent - your account cannot be recovered afterward.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AVSpot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVSpot and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use AVSpot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
